Appointments may be booked in store, by phone and by email. Although immediate and standby appointments are normally available, we recommend booking in advance in order to avoid disappointment.

When booking, we simply require your name and a contact number. Full registration however, is required prior to your first consultation.

Extended Treatments

All appointments of 90 minutes or greater will require a 25% deposit at time of booking. For advanced bookings this may be paid when we confirm your appointment 48 hours prior to your treatment.

The Oak Suite

Due to demand when booking the Oak Suite, full payment will be requested at time of booking. As with other deposits this is fully refundable when 48 hrs notice of cancellation is given.
