Step 1

Like all good plans the consultation process is key, and we are proud to offer a full skin scanning service to all our clients starting out on their skin journey. We are able to look at not only the visible conditions such as fine lines, uneven skin tone, blemish marks etc, but also the ones that are invisible to the naked eye.

Step 2 - The Treatment Plan

Following your initial consultation, your therapist will recommend a course of facials, along with a home care regimen, which will turbo-charge your professional treatments. Think of us, your therapists, as your personal trainer for your skin, we meet up for your treatment every week/fortnight/month to really push your skin to it’s full potential, but what you do in between these treatments is key to maintaining it and ensuring you get the best results. All our treatment plans are bespoke to you, as there is no 'one size fits all’ approach when it comes to our skin.

Step 3 - Your Complimentary Taster Facial

This year, we are offering a limited number of consultations that benefit from a complimentary taster session of the recommended treatment. Your taster facial will not only provide you with opportunity to experience the facial, but will also help you to appreciate the benefits of the treatment that has been recommended to you. Generally free taster facials are available on both Tuesdays and Thursdays, however we are happy to accommodate requests at other times when possible.

The ultimate Photo-facial

Following your consultation, a course of treatments may be recommended. One of our most efficient facials to reduce blemishes and the effects of sun damage is the Illumi Photo Facial. This quick and simple facial treatment dramatically improves skin tone and appearance, helping your skin feel and look its best.

This treatment is available as a taster facial* and should you decide to purchase a course, you will benefit from a minimum of two complimentary treatments.
